1 : Architecture Internship

The internship training program mainly focuses to expose us to the many aspects of the architecture field, beyond what has been taught in the classroom. It also equipped us with hands-on experience as to what we’re expected to know within the field. During the period of the internship, I was fortunate enough to be given a variety of tasks that teaches me the different facets of the industry. Working drawings, 3d modelling, rendering, site visits and basic knowledge on the authorities were some of the tasks that I was involved in during the internship.

Throughout the 10 weeks of the internship program, I have learned an extensive amount of knowledge from my supervisors and fellow colleagues. The program has helped me tremendously in improving my design, basic software, as well as presentation skill. It has also expanded my knowledge about the architecture industry in general, through exposure to standardizations, specifications and the authorities. I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who has helped me in the process and will continue to use every knowledge gained for the better.
